It is possible that you made a typo during the registration process and entered the wrong email address. You should have received an email from us confirming your registration - if you didn’t then either something was incomplete in your registration, or you entered a different email address to the one that you thought you had entered. If this is the first time you are trying to log in since your initial registration this is highly likely as we have encountered a few users who have accidentally done this.
You may have also entered a different email address to the one you intended. The best way to check this is to reset your password: this should lead to you receiving an email from us prompting you to reset your password (which can be ignored). If you don't receive this email, it is most likely that we don't have that email address on record and you will need to register again. Do this by clicking the "Forgot password" link on the login page. If you are able to register with the email address you previously thought you had entered, then something must have led to your registration failing in the first instance.
