1. Only one Registration per Eligible Participant (and per email address supplied) will be accepted.
2. If an Eligible Participant is invited to join a league, they may enter the appropriate details to join that league during Registration.
3. An Eligible Participant may advise a person about the Game and invite them to join by sending them an email through the Website. The Eligible Participant warrants that any person they send an email to in this manner has consented to the receipt of the email.
4. An Eligible Participant may choose and edit their Active drivers from the initial 22 selected, for a Round at any time before the Lock Out time for that Round as notified on the Website.
5. After Registration, Eligible Participants may participate in all remaining Rounds which have not already been completed or Locked-Out.
6. If, after participating in a Round, an Eligible Participant does not amend their Active drivers for the upcoming Round, their Active drivers from the previous Round will be used, regardless of whether or not those drivers will be driving in the corresponding Round.
7. Eligible Participants can replace drivers in their Team via the Trade page of the Website. Entrants can make a maximum of 2 trades every Round beginning after the completion of Round 2 of the Fantasy Harness Racing season. Trades must be made prior to the commencement of the upcoming Round and will be subject to the Salary Cap. If you don’t use these Trades in a given round, you don’t get to bank them.
8. Participants will get unlimited trades prior to their first lockout regardless of what round they enter (e.g. Creating a team in Round 5)
9. Player values for the Salary Cap can be found on the Team and Trade sections of the Website.
Scoring of Points
1. Eligible Participants will score points based upon the real-life performance of their Active drivers for each Round, based on the point system set out below.
2. Points will be awarded for each performance result attributed to each Active driver during the Round as follows:
|

SECOND |
5 Points |
|
THIRD |
3 Points |
|
FOURTH |

3. The Team Captain will score double points. In the event the Team Captain does not score a point in that particular round and therefore scores 0 points, the Vice-captain will score double points.
4. The reserve drivers will not score points unless they replace an Active driver. In order to be replaced, an active driver must have scored zero points for that particular round. If necessary, a reserve driver will be added to the Active drivers in the same region as the Active driver who is being replaced.
5. Entrants will only receive the points accumulated by drivers whilst they are in the Entrant's team.
6. In the event of a race meeting being abandoned due to an unavoidable occurrence – eg. Bad weather – no points will be awarded for that particular race meeting.
7. In the case of a race meeting cancellation or postponed there will be no points awarded to drivers if the event is to take place later in the season.
8. Eligible Participants will be ranked on the Website by their score for the previous Round ("Round Ranking"), and their overall score for the Game to date ("Overall Ranking"), where in each case the highest score is the highest rank.
9. The scoreboard will be updated following the completion of each Round, and Eligible Participants will be sent their score for each Round via email.
10. In the event of a tie between two (2) or more Eligible Participants for a position on the scoreboard after any Round (for a Round Ranking or an Overall Ranking) the Eligible Participant, from the tied Eligible Participants, who registered to participate in the Game on the Website first in time, as determined by the Promoter, will be ranked higher.
